26 мая вступило в действие Постановление Правительства РФ от 18.05.2026 «О внесении изменений в постановление Правительства Российской Федерации от 30 июня 2021 г. № 1079».
Нововведения касаются критериев отнесения объектов федерального государственного контроля (надзора) в области обеспечения качества и безопасности зерна и продуктов его переработки к категории высокого и среднего риска.
Теперь к категории среднего риска относится деятельность юридических лиц и (или) индивидуальных предпринимателей, которым на праве собственности или по договору аренды принадлежат зернохранилища, осуществляющие единовременное хранение зерна мощностью от 20 до 50 тыс. тонн, к высокой категории риска — превышающей 50 тыс. тонн.
Таким образом в отношении зернохранилищ с мощностью свыше 50 тыс. тонн допустимо проведение планового контрольно-надзорного мероприятия 1 раз в 2 года, проведение обязательного профилактического мероприятия – 1 раз в год.
Хранителям зерна необходимо уделить особое внимание подготовке элеваторов к приёмке зерна, а также обеспечить постоянный контроль за его состоянием и строгое соблюдение всех условий хранения.
Зернохранилища должны полностью соответствовать требованиям технического регламента Таможенного союза ТР ТС 015/2011 «О безопасности зерна».
